Refund and Cancellation Policy
Any Member or consumer, purchaser of BioDzign hereafter who chooses to end their business relationship with BioDzign is eligible to:
request a refund on of their annual membership fee within 10 days from the date first paid. Customer, purchaser, member may return within 10 days so long as the products returned are in resalable condition.
BioDzign will refund up to 90% of the net purchase amount and price subject to provisions mentioned here. The Member, customer, purchaser must return a copy of the purchase invoice/receipt paid and return the products related to the refund request.
BioDzign has the right to request a refund of commissions (or claw back of commissions paid) from any Member who have been paid on the original purchase upon the request being processed. BioDzign will also provide for a full refund if requested for any purchased sales and marketing materials purchased from BioDzign to the member.
We will endeavour to give you a refund credit within ten working days upon the receiving of the returned products, documents and formal request. The BioDzign Member account status, rights to earn will be changed and deactivated. If paid by credit card, we will request that the credit card company return the charged amount to your account. as long as that is requested within 10 days.
Resalable Condition must meet the requirements. To ensure the highest integrity of all BioDzign products, tamper evident seals are present on each item; any damage to the seals would disqualify the product(s) from this program. Any product that is open and used is also ineligible for a refund and cannot be returned.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. We recommend delivery confirmation and insurance on all packages you send to BioDzign for a refund request. BioDzign cannot provide a refund on packages that contain lost or damaged items.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS ON RECEIPT OF SHIPPING
You may return products that are damaged upon receipt from the shipping company or carrier who delivered the goods. To request a refund on damaged items you received from BioDzign, you must first notify the shipping company of the damaged goods,
put the carrier on notice and complete a claim form against them with a copy being sent to us along with pictures of the damaged goods.
You should notify both BioDzign and the shipping carrier within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Damaged
goods are generally replaced and reshipped at no cost to you. Damaged goods are generally replaced and reshipped, after you return the damaged products to our offices at no cost to you.
